GROWING PLANTS FOR THE ART OF FLOWER ARRANGING -- From spring's beautiful budding shrubs, garden iris, and peonies to winter's bare branches with their architectural forms, the garden provides plant materials throughout the seasons. In this book, the trees, shrubs, vines, and grasses in Kaye's garden are pictured alongside flower arrangements created from these plants.
The designs include the ikebana style of Japanese flower arranging and garden club traditional or creative designs, both for home and flower shows. Gardeners can see ways to bring the beauty of nature inside to decorate their homes. Flower arrangers can plan gardens to grow materials for arranging. This book can inspire you to try your hand at playing with nature's offerings.
